  Proprietress Cindy Baer is a salon industry veteran. She and partner, Katie Bantz, lead their amazing and talented team of stylists in the stylish Frederick Her over  20 years in the business have taught her a thing or two. Most importantly shes learned that connecting with her clients and transforming their image from the inside out is what counts. Although Cindy joined The Cutting Edge in 2005, she became an owner of the salon in June of 2008. Her talent for precision haircutting and expert coloring services is unparalleled and it shows in her loyal clientele.

Cindy's experience helped her find her unique niche in the Frederick market. She is known for her creative designs and helps clients cultivate distinctive, artistic looks that leave them feeling fashionable and confident. Cindy has created a following of loyal clients who turn to her for fresh looks that they can recreate on their own so that they look just as good on a casual Sunday afternoon as they would when they walk out of the salon for a night on the town.
 

During her career, Cindy has received extensive training as a Paul Mitchel Team Member, has earned her "PHD" from Eufora International and has attended The Redken Exchange in New York City.
